(Second Ever) PS!Outertale Neutral Route No Hit Run + My 14th Twinkly No Hit (in 52:27) (No Run)
I believe this is second documented run of the route, after @TheDragonThatFell who did this during their Lv0 no hit run.
=========================
After I tried no hit zenith phase 2 and had a crashout in UDCC from the boxes being buggy, I realised that one thing I actually was quite decent at was full games challenge runs, so I thought of a full game challenge run to do and then I thought of outertale.
I had plans to go for this if I could get consistent at twinkly, which I did, and after that I originally went to route out the rest of the run, but @shaunduzstuffs told me about uber skip, which I was unaware of, and he had a newgame+ no hit run that had all the strats I used for this run (shoutouts to shaun btw) with some differences, the main one being it didn't include twinkly. After that revelation, I learned and went for outertale no hit neutral and managed to get it 1st try.
This game features a lot of RNG manipulation, all of the initial RNG is derived from your name (think of it like a seed), but there are a few things that step your RNG, mainly some dialogue (i think) and more importantly getting attacks in a fight (which is why i spent an extra turn on some enemies like toriel and doge, since I wanted to learn a seed that could still be accessed if i accidentally lost a turn, such as scuffed attacks on doge and getting an extra turn).
Twinkly is different however, all of his RNG is specifically derived from the name, and most of the RNG in that fight is manipulatable, however, some of it is affected by movement (mainly loads and the way attacks spawn, but not the order of the attacks themselves), so it isn't fully consistent (although phases 1 and 2 are).
There was a section at the start of phase 6 on Twinkly where the horseshoe like shape would spawn, for a while I couldn't predict if it would spawn left or right, and if you went one direction and it spawned on the other was like a 99% chance to get hit (you have to make it into the horseshoe in time and dodge the lasers which would cut you off), usually it would spawn on the right so I'd just go right and hope it spawned there, however sometimes it would spawn on the left (like it did on my run).
The way I figured this out was by looking at 5 clips at once of the fight, and I realised it was tied to the load on phase 5 and the asteroid spawning patterns. I watched the asteroids and knew I had to go left and that basically saved the run. Work smarter, not harder.

Attempts: 1 (mentioned this in the description but not many people would read allat ngl)
RULES:
-You cannot get hit to anything during the entire point of the run.
-Getting 'hit' on Twinkly's soul rescue phases does NOT count as a hit.
-You must true reset before each attempt.
Extra challenges:
-No the epiphany (i thought it was lame and it mainly helps on mushketeer but ngl hitting the crit
aint that bad, and getting it is has a really annoying pattern to memorise)
-No run button (game dev @spacey_432 said i had aura if i didnt use this so i didnt use it for the aura)
