2In the eighth episode of Secret of Mana, our heroes are in search of the sage Jhoc, but instead, they encounter a mysterious creature named Jhak. This creature guides the party through perilous locations in pursuit of the old sage. During their journey, they manage to free Gold City from a curse and gain the favor of the Light Spirit, Whisp. Along the way, they uncover a way to reach the Moon Palace and navigate the void of space. Afterward, they thwart an Imperial spy from disrupting the peaceful realm of Tasnica. However, upon returning to Lofty Mountain, the sage Jhoc presents the team with a final task!
