The main thing that I remember about 1993s Secret of Mana on the Super Nintendo, is running around the place killing cutesy monsters in co-op mode, with my mates after school. I was just getting into RPGs at the time,and teaming up in the same room, grinding for that next level up, and just working towards the same goal was incredible.

20 years later, nothing has changed. The Secret of Mana Remake recreated this fun all over again.There is a serious lack of couch coop RPGs in this world and this feature alone was enough to sell me on the remake. But how does this game hold up today? Let’s get into it.
