SECRETS TO SUCCESS | Let's Plat Persona 3 Reload - Part 4
0We made our way through another story chapter of Tartarus and gained several party members along the way. I am starting to notice some things I would have liked to be included. Namely completing Social Links granting skills and party members gaining EXP when they are out of the party.
Trophy/Achievement Timestamps
4:43:06 - Empowered Protector Trophy/Achievement - This is story-related and unmissable. You will unlock this trophy/achievement when you have defeated the Empress and Emperor.
7:13:58 - Making The Dream Work Trophy/Achievement - One of the many mechanics you can take advantage of during battle is the ability to perform an All-Out Attack. In order to perform one you need to knock down every enemy in battle by either hitting their weaknesses or getting a critical hit on an enemy. Keep in mind if the last enemy is knocked down by a party member with a status ailment they will be unable to initiate the All-Out Attack. When you have performed an All-Out Attack 50 times you will unlock this trophy/achievement.
7:28:50 - Shrouded Assassin Trophy/Achievement - As you are making your way through Tartarus you will encounter Shadows that you can engage in battle. You can initiate these battles by attacking them in Tartarus and if you manage to hit them from behind unexpectedly this will trigger a Chance Encounter. You will know that you have done this correctly if the battle begins with a SEES advantage on the screen. Keep in mind that the enemy is also able to do this to take advantage of you in battle. When you have initiated 50 Chance Encounters you will unlock this trophy/achievement.
7:40:36 - Get A Load Of Those Numbers Trophy/Achievement - While at first it may seem like reaching an attack threshold of 999 is going to be difficult through normal means once you gain access to more powerful attacks this can also come more naturally. As part of the story you will gain access to Theurgy attacks which are unique to each character and will do a lot more damage than all of the current skills you would naturally have access to at this point in the game without grinding. Junpei's Theurgy attack alone can do almost 2/3rds of the damage in just one of the attacks at the end which only increases with your level as well as what equipment they are using and any buffs or debuffs that have been applied. In order to build up a Theurgy attack you need to use Persona attacks or boost it more significantly by doing the specific action for the character. Alternatively you can also use debuff skills on enemies to reduce their defense or buff skills to increase your offense if you still can't reach the threshold When you have dealt over 999 damage in a single attack (All-Out Attacks excluded) you will unlock this trophy/achievement.
