You can remove grass, get more fps, Can see players through terrain, and see players at night. Can swim on thin air, and climb on thin air. Server does not see this, only you do. So be careful as admins will think it is cheats.
Wait until asset warmup 4000, then cancel loading in. Then connect to the server you want it to work on. Easy.
If you want to control what is shown like in the Second method, you need to put the edited map on a server and connect to it, do the loading cancel, and then connect to the server you want.
