In this Sega Classics episode I tried out Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, a game I didn't even know about until not too long ago. In this game you basically play as Dr. Robotnik's "mean beans" in a puzzle, falling block style gameplay mechanic that's a lot like Tetris, for example. The game is pretty damn hard though, at least for me, as I could not even pass level two on the easiest mode before giving up. The game is fun and a good enhancement over plainer falling block kind of games -- and although it's only a puzzle-kind of game it's a nice Sonic-esque based character (Eggman/Dr. Robotnik) in their own game which is kinda cool.
