This was made in 1994 when SEGA tried to go about things in a different to try and teach kids the basics of studies, and so the SEGA Pico machine was born. SEGA brought various different types of stories in forms of a cartridge game to load onto their Pico machine and taught kids how to learn about drawing, music, maths ect....It was a simple concept that was done rather well, but sadly failed in the market in sales.

Apart from this game known as 'Tails and the Music Maker' there was another one that had Sonic The Hedgehog in the main spot light.
