This is Sega Rally on Sega Saturn (UK PAL version) compared to the Japan-only PS2 release. Both were captured through RGB SCART going through an HD upscaler into an Elgato HD 60. I have cropped in the video to lose as much of the letterboxing as possible but iMovie doesn't let you stretch images so there's still a little bit of a border in some scenes.

I think the main things to take away from this video are that despite the 30fps frame rate compared to PS2 (and the arcade's) 60fps, the lower screen and texture resolution and longer load times, the Sega Saturn conversion is absolutely superb. In fact, I would argue that the sensation of speed is greater, and the handling more fluid. Not to mention the CD audio sounding better than the old Model 2's MIDI soundtrack. Both are great, and the game is fantastic however you play it. Except, perhaps for the GBA version, which I haven't included. You're welcome ;)
