Sega, Taito Konami and Namco all made arcade games with one thing in common, they were made purely to get around an obscure Japanese law. Probably the best known of these is Dottori Kun, which was supplied with every one of Sega successful line of JAMMA arcade cabinets in the 90s, making it their best seller.
