LOCATION: ASHINA OUTSKIRTS - FLAMES OF HATRED
REWARDS: Memory x1, Lapis Lazuli x2 (crafting material to game the highest level prosthetic tools)
ATTACKS:
-This dude has A LOT of attacks, many of them defense breaking or simply ignore armor.
-Big flame combo ending in a long-range whip attack: Keep your distance from this one. He's exposed after this one, so take advantage.
-Jumping fireball explosion: He jumps in the air and creates a giant fireball around him. To counter, back-off and jump, then grapple the demon to safely pass through the fire.
-Fireballs throw: Throws a bunch of fireballs infront of him. VERY DAMAGING, difficult to avoid if you're too close. Will do this once or twice, so stay away!
-SCOOP DASH: (RED!) He charges forward with a hand in the ground. JUST GET OUT OF THERE, this does extreme damage.
-FOOTSTOMP: Stomps if you're too close. Good opportunity to attack after it hits.
-Headbutt: Slams head on the ground rarely. Sometimes does this once, sometimes does it multiple times in a row. Either way, you can do good damage after it's done.
PHASE 2
-FIRE CONE: Sends a cone of fire directly infront of it. EXTREME DAMAGE! Avoid by jumping to the left or right and grappling with the demon.
-KABUKI FIREBALLS: Does a kabuki pose and sends a series of semi-tracking fireballs at you. Easy to avoid if you just keep dashing. Also a good opportunity to attack after it's done.
-flop swipe: Clumsily swips forward while falling down. Avoid, it can pull this out pretty much out of nowhere.
PHASE 3
-RING OF FIRE: Swings it's fire arm around, creating a large fire ring that persists on the battlefield. Avoid by jumping and running backward to escape the ring before it forms. Very annoying to deal with the boss while this thing blocks off large portions of the field.
WEAKNESS:
-None, you'll have to be patient and use hit and run tactics. Certain attacks have big openings after they're performed to attack, but never linger to long near the demon, it's too unpredictable to safely stay by it, some of it's attacks CAN and WILL hit you if you do.
GOOD TIMES TO ATTACK ARE:
-It's 2 grapple opportunity attacks
-KABUKI FIREBALLS
-After it's standard combo, ending in the straight fire attack.
-After stomping
-After headbutting
-That's pretty much it. Be patient, wait for openings and don't screw up, this is a long one.
