Selaco is out now on PC on early access... and it's one of the best shooters we've played in recent times. Thing is... its technical underpinnings are based on the GZDoom engine, which in turn, is based on classic id software code, open sourced by John Carmack decades ago. John Linneman tells us about why Selaco is so good and goes in-depth on how the various technical elements come together to produce such an impressive new game.
