- fixed bug that crashed the game when tactic is changed/loaded (issue #0006185). The bug
is there since the first version of the slave, but somehow hidden below
another bug which also made tactics not useable.
- england teams are now selectable again
- game now looks in "data" directory for files, just like the installer copies them.
so you can move back the files into a "data" folder, if you didn't fix that with a "data" tooltype already.

version 2.2 (07.06.2023) done by JOTD:
- reworked file load/save completely (which fixed load/save tactic bug)
- highlights/seasons/leagues/careers are loaded/saved in "save" directory
- allows to load big team.xxx files (requires 256k more memory)
