Defeat the Necromancer (Razior) at the end of your crossroads game using Champion Seph (the wizard). Requires two additional content packs (Champion Seph/Necromancer's Rise). Shortly after the boss falls the achievement will pop.
Champion Seph/Necromancer's Rise cost 36,000 C or 900 T each.
