SERENDIPITY. Most broken, yet random Arcanist skill.
27A lot of people were wondering why such build as 125 arcanist even after recent patch still tends to use Serendipity skill for no spec build.
Seems like people don't really dig into it, while this skills are one of the strongest Arcanist have.
The reason is it hits twice and even trice depending on last chosen tripod, making Judgment arcana combo extremely powerful even with Emperor engraving builds.
In this video I'm showing the damage draft I made without any modifications such as tripod levels, to show how far the damage can go.
