Serious Sam 4 reignites the classic FPS series in a high-powered prequel loaded with an explosive arsenal, intergalactic carnage, and perfectly timed one-liners. Serious Sam 4 is a first-person shooter developed by Croatian studio Croteam and published by Devolver Digital. It is part of the Serious Sam series and a prequel to Serious Sam 3: BFE. The game was announced in April 2018, originally as Serious Sam 4 Planet, and is set for release in September 2020 for Microsoft Windows and Stadia, as well as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2021. Serious Sam 4 takes place in several locations this time around. So far the only confirmed locations are rural France, Greece, Italy, Mt. Vesuvius, Pompeii, and Russia.
