Again, another bug that I haven't seen too many people document; then again it only affects players that prefer the combo weapon playstyle (such as myself).

How to activate the bug: First, you must have "Mix It Up" unlocked in the skill tree. Second, you must press and hold the Weapon Selection Modifier key and quickly select any weapon that is in a secondary weapon slot (such as the Grenade Launcher, Chainsaw Launcher, or Sniper Rifle).

The bug can be "fixed" by doing any of the following: Pressing and holding the Weapon Selection Modifier key and using it to re-select the weapon you're trying to select. Tapping the Weapon Selection Modifier and/or Dual Wielding key to deactivate dual wielding then reactivate it. Shooting the left handed weapon using either your primary or secondary fire key.

Things to note about the bug: If you release the Weapon Selection Modifier key when the bug is active, any weapon in "slot 2" will cause the weapon in your right hand to disappear. If the bug is active and you end up with a weapon in your right hand from "slot 1", the bug won't fix itself when you shoot.
