CiG taking the roof off with just the 2nd patch of the fully open EPTU release this morning. Absolutely insane achievement to have it running so smoothly given how completely stacked the servers are right now with returning players (and rightly so), seeing so many people jumping at the same time - most I've seen were 10 enter at the same time, and be able to see them the whole way through even when the crossing into the next server and exiting together. Can't put into words how fucking cool that is. Average entity count on loading in is around 500,000/800,000 after about an hour or two this can go upto 1,000,000 to 3,000,000 entities being loaded in and run. Incomprehensible numbers and the game has never felt so smooth.... and this isn't even the LIVE build.
Still lots of bugs to iron out before then but holy fuck have they delivered.
