The Service Booking System is an application created to control the influx of visitors during this time of COVID-19 quarantine. It is still highly encouraged to use the Online Request and Tracking System (ORTS), if the clients' presence is not needed in the transaction. Ten (10) visitors per office per day is allowed as of the moment.

1. Open www.depedcebuprovince.ph and click RMIS Application -- Service Booking System on the menu bar.
2. Choose Yes to visit an office.
3. Choose Division Office or Sub-Office.
4. Input the required reservation information. Make sure the information is valid and accurate.
5. Check email for responses.
6. Print and present the approval to the guard upon visit.
