This is a quick video tutorial showing you how to turn off motion blur and ambient occlusion in Session (Project Session, Session., Session: Skate Sim) by creā-ture Studios on PC (Xbox steps below). This should fix the ghosting/blur effect you see behind your board and feet and also improve your FPS (frames per second). Find the "Engine.ini" file by following the pathway below, open it with a text editor, paste the block of text included below, and save it. Then change anti-aliasing to medium or off in Session video settings (this doesn't hurt graphic quality in my experience).

Xbox One Users try these steps:
-Disable everything under Experimental settings including:
-Skater Physical Animations
-Caspers, Primos, Grabs
-City Life off and density down to zero
-Under Day/Night settings turn off Simulate Clouds and turn cloud coverage down to zero
-Turn on performance mode
-Turn off V-sync
Other than this I have heard that they are working on a patch and to fix some slowdown stuff for last gen consoles so I hope that it comes soon and that adjusting some of these settings might help ya. Fingers crossed!
