It is very likely that if you have two 3200 MHz DDR4 memory modules they will run at lower frequencies ( 2133 MHz ) by default, that is why you have to configure them in the BIOS to run at 3200 MHz.

Press supr to enter the BIOS before the system reboot

1.Enable overclocking feature
2.Set memory voltage to 1.35 and set the XMP PROFILE 1
3.Save the BIOS settings before reboot.

Press F10 to save the BIOS changes
