You can set your FOV ingame to 90, but no higher. If you're looking for anything above that: You'll need to follow this simple tip. Keep in mind this is vertical FOV - Not horizontal. Other games are usually measured horizontally. This means a FOV of ~65 will be 90 in other games. You may not need to raise it higher than you think, but if you wish, Here's how.
