TROUBLESHOOTING

If everything has gone according to plan there should NOT be a DirectDraw Initialization Failed! Location Code: 2 popup when you click the shortcut. If that happens, you are not in High Color (16 Bit), which DB2 requires.

BUT

Please please please use google/a comparable research website first, especially if you have problems super early in the setup process. Everyone's computer is unique, and might require unique settings to use programs like Oracle.
