Sett Is The BEST FLEX Unit | TFT Set 8 Mecha Prime Guide #shorts
Sett is a great unit that fits into many meta team comp. This guide on Sett and Mecha Prime will help you climb in TFT Set 8.
You usually want to run him as a mega tank, because he can live for so long while your backline does the majority of the work. In this build, we incorporate Ox Force, with Viego and Aphelios as our carries. Optimal openers are cloak for BT and Gargoyles and chain vest for titans and gargoyles. We run BT Garg and either Titans or Warmogs to ensure the Sett stays alive and distracts the enemy as long as possible while Viego and Aphelios do majoirty of the damage. Viego will take your AP items, and Aphelios will take you AD and attack speed items. If Aphelios is unitemized, run Binding Eclipse, otherwise choose between the remaining 2 based on your playstyle. If you get a Renegade emblem, you can drop Talon and Aphelios and play Janna to buff the team and Urgot or Fiddle. If you get an Ox Force emblem, you can drop Ekko for Fiora or Annie. Another Variation of this board is to run a Sureshot backline. In this scenario, you will play the main core of Sett Leona and Wukong with either Riven and Rell for 4 Defender or Ekko and Alistar for 2 Defender 3 Aegis depending on your lobby. I personally prefer the 3 Aegis version, because it also gives Alistar and Aphelios Ox Force. If you get a Sureshot emblem you can drop Sivir, and if you get a Mecha Emblem you can drop Sivir + Senna, add Jax, and throw the mecha Emblem on Aphelios so he gets the buffs. In this scenario, you can have Wukong+Jax be sacrificed so Leona can be played. This is personally my favorite Mecha board.
Another variation of this board you can play is 4 Aces, but this is a bit more difficult to pull off because the comp does not come online until you find a Morde. But if you manage to, it is incredibly powerful. Tank items on Sett, AP on MF, and AS on Samira. The best part about the build is how flexible it is. Assuming you go 9, you have 3 slots to add any units you please. My advice would be Aphelios for Sureshot, Alistar for Ox Force and frontline, and a threat like Rammus, Cho, or Zac for Frontline. You can also play Fiddle in the frontline for CC.
