As always, have the latest NVIDIA drivers installed, restart your machine, and etc. Cable can be an issue as well. So test various DP cables if you have them available.

My monitor was manufactured in May 2020. Someone has told me that November 2019 models have issues and are bad eggs. So try and get one that's manufactured in May 2020 if you can.
