100 Turn Ai Headstart Rules
You can control your starting province and only up to 1 adjacent province which can be across the sea but it must be a costal province and you cannot go beyond it's borders until turn 100.
Your armies must remain within your borders of your provinces until turn 100 except to get a sea event site within 1 turn of full movement range. You can attack any one that enters your provinces if you wish but do not go on the offensive into enemy territory unless it is to pursue an army that retreated after you initiated an attack.
You cannot raid enemy territory for extra income or resources until turn 100.
You can't confederate any one until turn 100 but you can have vassals.
You can retake any settlements you lose but you can't go beyond your original borders.
Race Specific Rules
Undercities, Vampire Coast Coves and Cultist Lairs can be constructed as long as you build nothing to spawn armies or blow up the City/ Town they are built underneath until turn 100.
Ogres can have up to 2 Ogre Camps in the Borders of their provinces until turn 100.
Beastmen can have up to 2 Herdstones they must then defend these locations and if the Herdstone is destroyed it must be re-built in the same City or Town location until turn 100. You can choose where you wish to place your 2nd Herdstone but the first Herdstone will be the first City or Town you attack you are not allowed to go around attacking your Bloodground you are just defending your province.
