Set up Edge Lighting
The edge of the display lightens up when you get a notification.
You can choose from 4 different lighting edge lighting styles and various colors. You can also set up a custom color for specific apps.
Set up Instant Dark Theme/Negative Colors Mode
Not all apps are made in dark theme but apps that are made in dark theme look really cool and they are much easier on the eyes especially when its extremely dark and the white light starts to hurt. While most apps don't come in dark theme mode, a way is to flip the colors on the screen. This helps you achieve a dark background instantly with contrasting white content. However, this does not work well with pictures - so if ou are using an ap that has a lot of pictures, I'd recommend to use the normal mode. However, if it's just a reading app like flipboard or something - it works beautifully.
Set up Always on Display
The Always on display allows you to add more functional elements without lighting up your screen or even your lock-screen. In addition to that, there are a bunch of customizable clock styles available in multiple solid and gradient colors that you can apply to your always on display.
You can also head tot he Galaxy wallpapers and themes store and choose AOD on the bottom right to get access to a bunch of free and paid always on display themes.
Set up call recording
By default, call recording is turned off. You can still go ahead and press on the call menu while you are on a call to record that call. But to enable this feature by default for specific numbers, unknown numbers or known numbers only - you can go into phone dialer settings and then go into call recording option.
