Seven's FR condition needs:
Attacking an Enemy afflicted with Snakebite +15% (per level of Snakebite)
Single Target on Turn +30% (need Brv hit)

However, this isn't a strict condition. Doing any ST brv hit from any part of your atk fulfills the condition. Both Kurasame and Cinque did Multi-target skills. However, both of their self-followups are ST and therefore both fulfills the ST condition of Seven's FR. So any attack that is ST that is part of a multi-attack works for Seven.

That's not all. As long as your attack is ST, even if it has splash, will fulfill Seven's FR ST condition. So the likes of penelo burst Fatal Dance, Squall's EX and S2 works, etc. Even Seven deals splash dmg. Her FR is definitely not strict, it is generic enough to increase the force % by 75 each turn (80/85 if Synergy and FE30) with pretty easy conditions.
