A lot has covered up Iris so I think it's better to just re-introduce some older units if possible and see why they're bad and they may work.

Like Lightning. Lightning lost her identity (and other turn hoggers) the moment FR prioritized Bulk damage over DoT or Damage over Time which turn hoggers do. DoT chips away at your health slowly. Lost its value since you don't want to chip away enemy health when you only got a short window to deal damage lol. So yea every Lightning button just felt so bad to press. FR is a mistake lol.
