Sewing the shoulder straps (which are tied into a knot behind the neck when you wear the dress) to the top pieces of the dress.
Compared to the original tie pattern piece, I made it wider and longer, so I also widened the top parts of the dress pieces.

The fabric is "micro satin": https://www.stoffen.net/p/611338.0.m.html , bought at @myfabricscouk and the local fabric market (as I didn't order enough and I needed more fabric quickly...).
