SF5-alpha arcade [Dan] 10-23-2022
1I don't know what's going on with the latest release of OBS 28.0.3 from October 1st but the frame rate in this is all messed up for some reason the screen I was looking at wasn't doing this but when I looked at the OBS screen I said "I hope it doesn't record like this" and as you can see it did. I don't know if they changed something so now I have to change something in the settings or what. I had to change the audio but I think for the most part that might be better than what it was. Anyway this is beyond annoying and it means either 1.) This is what my game play/videos will look like from now on 2.) I record my footage with the elgato and add the audio when I edit the video or 3.) I'm able to find out what the problem is and fix it
