This is your max damage punish against Chun-Li's super if you're going to punish with SA2. Everyone thinks HP Flash Chop is the max damage starter, but jHP has less scaling which leads to more overall damage.
Make sure you hit your jumping HP kind of deep to ensure you get the max damage version. Hitting it from higher up will give you the weak version and make this worthless.

In situations where you're going to punish Chun-Li's super WITHOUT using a super of your own, use the standard HP Flash Chop combo starter.

If you don't want to spend the extra meter on an EX Flash Chop, you can omit it.
