This is just a concept I found specifically vs Ken and Akuma thus far. But where the opponent blocks CR LP and then you go for a throw, using EX Fireball blows up them teching the throw or even backdashing. Strict timing is need but pretty cool results.

Ensure you test for the match up in question though before using it, as some characters throw range will blow this up. It also loses to people mashing buttons or neutral jumping after the CR LP.
