Steve Fox doesn't need a partner, counterhits, Gems, or Pandora mode to kill one measly feline. All he needs is full meter, and then he has more than one way to skin a cat.

I'm surprised that no one else has submitted an entry using only Steve, considering that the 3rd combo in this video is in fact from the Brady Games guide.

And yes, I know the damage values of the first two combos are hard to see, but you can tell by just looking at Toro's life bar that Steve's combos are doing 600+ damage.

BTW, in case you don't know, the music in the background is an abridged version of "Tumbling Dice", which is the third opening theme for the boxing anime "Hajime no Ippo" (a.k.a. "Fighting Spirit"). And yes, I did recolor Steve to look like Ippo as best as I could, even though he looks more like Arnie "Crocodile" Gregory. And I made the mark on Steve's left arm green because I like when blue, green, and red are together on the same entity.
