Shadow of Mordor Nemesis Playthrough 3/4: Maku the Massive
0War-chiefs in Shadow of Mordor are the strongest orcs in the game, protected by up to 2 orcs and usually a high level they are not easy to stop. I have fought orcs which have come back alive and those I could not beat by myself. Now an orc from the past returns and he is not just after me this time.
The Nemesis system in Shadow of Mordor is the structure of the Orc/Uruk-Hai hierarchy in Mordor. The Orcs on the bottom are a low level while the ones higher up are more dangerous with more experience and have more special traits such as invulnerable to ranged damage and special weapons. As a player your interactions with the orcs affect their hierarchy. If you kill an Orc of any rank another one can take their place, you could kill enough Orcs so those in the most powerful positions don't really have a lot of experience.
