I found this clipping glitch in the first level of Shadow Warrior. You need the silver key to activate the door, but I was somehow able to clip through the door by jumping.
You can see my confusion. Unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce this, so I'm not sure if enemies are active on the other side.
