Sorry if this video seems rushed, I wanted to put my thoughts out there and how to craft/upgrade a legendary in the World of Warcraft: Shadowlands Expansion before it was released, and before any tuning passes hit the Beta/Live Servers. Today we saw a Covenant Tuning pass, so it is only a matter of time before the class/legendary tuning passes hit us before SL.
