Here is my shadowplay allow desktop capture fix.

I've been trying to get shadowplay recording working correctly on my gtx 670 and the allow desktop capture was ALWAYS greyed out.

Here is what I did to get shadowplay working on my gtx 670 card.

Hopefully this fix will work for you as I've read loads of posts of people having similar issues.

Display driver uninstaller download

Geforce experience download

I've also read on a few forums that laptops don't support geforce experience which could be your problem as well.
