Shadowrun: Hong Kong is a combination of a story-based RPG with an XCOM-style turned-based combat system. The previous two games in the series have been good with Dragonfall, the second, being particularly highly praised.

This game follows the same formula in a new location and, thanks to hitting several Kickstarter stretch goals, has a number of improvements particularly in the cyberspace portions.
