We have this problem with the game that revolves around the whole percentage thing. See, percentages are supposed to give you a basis on your ability to strike the enemy due to the stats that you have accrued. When you can hit something 83% of the time, you don't expect to miss at point blank range more often than you hit, know what I'm saying? That's exactly what happens here and one of the reasons I stopped playing. Paradox Interactive owns the rights, not me.
