Shadows: Awakening was a while ago, huh? Long story short, my editor doesn't have enough time to do my reviews any more, and neither did I, for a while. Now I'm working through the backlog and will release the reviews on Wednesdays!

Anyway, as usual, I go through the pros, cons, and neutrals of Shadows: Awakening, and give it a final score based on my experience.

Shadows: Awakening is an isometric RPG similar in style to Diablo. You play as "The Devourer", an ancient demon who can steal the souls from other beings and turn them into puppets. In the game, you alternate between the "Shadow Realm" and the physical world by switching characters. Each world has its own rules, each character their own limitations.
