Shawn Smith Live "Crown of Thorns" (Mother Love Bone cover) [Bonus Track]
Previously unreleased footage of Shawn Smith playing an acoustic rendition of Crown of Thorns by Mother Love Bone in tribute to Andy Wood. This is taken from Shawn’s concert at the Bristol Folk House in 2015.
Steve had technical difficulties with the master audio for this particular track, so unfortunately there’s only the camera’s onboard mic for this. The footage is also pretty dark and grainy due to all the lights being focused around the piano (hence this video not being released before). But hopefully fans of Shawn’s can overlook the technical imperfections and enjoy this all the same.
