A small test showcasing the difference between using VV set and Shenhe's buff as dps or as a full ATK build for Cryo DMG.
One advantage for Shenhe's buff is you don't need to worry about the enemies being debuffed or not and for how easy to use it is compared to VV set in team comps and specifically Cryo main units. On top of that, Shenhe's buff has higher ceiling than the VV set debuff because you can always increase it when you can.
