This game worked fantastic with Tobii 4C eye tracker! I use Mill Mouse software to move the mouse pointer/camera movements smoothly (turn down the pointer speed in the software!) and Xcessity software Project Iris for eye gaze activated interaction boxes that toggle W/Up for Walk Forward and push I-J-K-L keys and a few more on the keyboard.

By default you can move the camera by keyboard keys if you prefer doing everything with Project Iris , but steering left/right smoothly with the eye tracking mouse is something I recommend trying out.
