Despite being a fan of Sci-Fi, Bioware, and video games in general, for some reason I completely missed Mass Effect as a franchise when it first came out. The entire thing just passed me by, with the exception of Mass Effect 2 that I played for a good chunk of. So it's time to fix that. We won't be doing the entire triology back to back, but I think the first game is a good place to start.

Also I get the feeling Oskar will not forgive me if I don't play RimEffect soon, so this also doubles up as research.
