These are my least favorite stages of the game, well apart from 5a's and 6a's bosses, all fights against the oboro clan are awesome.
Stage 5A ok, i've done some testing, and it appears that shurikens that enemies throw at you DOESN'T COUNT AS A HIT which is quite a relief. All it does is freezing you for others to hit you or to fall in pits. React fast and you'll survive.
Anyway... For Kurakuda (5B boss) same trick, wait for the taunt. You take massive amount of his life that way, just make sure you kill at least 7 snakes, that'll make a deadly hit. If you see him taunting, hit him, don't mind the last snake, these are some annoying bastards when you try to chase them around, they're so slipery too.
Stage 6a, one of the dullest stages, Kizami however, is a pretty cool boss, now before some of you think: "Oh this boss must be stupid, you walk around him and he doesn't notice!" He's blind, ok? And he counts on his hearing which is quite impressive. Just make a noise in the water and he will shock waves you to death with his Iaido style. I like him, but what a shame, i gotta kill him to proceed, oh well XD Also lol at the laser that missed Hotsuma by inches at nearly 14:30 that was pretty damn close *wipes forhead* O_O'
Finally, Yatsurao is probably the easiest boss in the entire game. I remember it was the first no damage stage i got on Super difficulty when i played this game back when i first got it years and years ago. Just hit him after you kill all enemies around AND as he does that fog pose which counts as his critical moment, if you're Moritsune, then he's dead for sure. If you're Hotsuma then he wont, even in that state! Hotsuma has some crappy attack power.

How hard is Super?
Watch how fast Akujiki sucks your soul, especially as Moritsune.
Enemies have more defence and they are more aggresive, that means they attack more often and deal more damage.
I'll explain how boss points work, maximum for the bosses of stages "A" is 20,000 stages "B" is 30,000 if you kill a boss with 1 Akujiki hit you will get all points, 2 hits will cut the bonus in half 3 hits will make it nearly impossible to achive the S rank anymore cause apparently the bonus drops to zero. That's why you have to focus on hitting the boss in the back cause that deals a significant amout of damage and if the boss doesn't turn his back or doesn't have that weakness then you'll have to wait for him to taunt or do a special pose so you can kill him in 1 hit.
Important note: Damage from Akujiki absorbing your life bar doesn't count as a hit so you don't have to worry about that, you'll still get your no damage bonus if enemies or traps in some stages doesn't hit you.
One more thing, in the result screen you can see the number of "secret" coins. Normal has some amount, Hard has everything in normal but with one additional coin that shows only in hard, and finally Super has all the previous difficulty coins with an exclusive one. You don't have to pick them every time you play by the way.
