#58 on the list is a game on the Sega Genesis that's so broken that it's part of a series of three games. Thankfully, it's the first in the series that got away with a Mega CD Japan-only release. Funny how after a stream, I decided to see how severely broken it is, even with cheats.

Earnest Evans is the first in the Annet games, the second and third in the series are El Viento and Annet Futanabi. Up close he looks like a teenage version of Jack Van Burace from Wild Arms 1. And as you can tell, he's a hapless, lanky treasure hunter that fights the most strangest enemies imaginable.
