1Back throw Shiva then dash and Sword Smash so that you are about to hit him AFTER he gets up. The timing I used is I Sword Smash at about the end of the dash. Then he'll try to antiair your Sword Smash or whatever but he'll get hit because you're still invincible. Then you zero to death him off the Sword Smash launcher. Easy.
