What's up, folks! I'm back! Indeed, despite sounding rough still, I feel a million times better than I did at the end of this last week, so I wanted to get back and do a handful of reactions. So join me as we kick off the next Kate Bush album, The Red Shoes (1993), with the opening "Rubberband Girl," a song seemingly playing off concepts of elasticity and resiliency, though I'm not sure of the specifics. Regardless, I loved Kate's singing once again, both the "normal" parts and her Trio Bulgarka-style vocals! So join me for a tasty album-opener from Kate. Cheers!
