At this 16th update
USA got a new unit it's called command truck
It can train basic infantry and Has plan from strategy center(allows you to do a 2nd plan)
It also had a generals ability attached there
When you build this
The intelligence ability will be doubled which mean you can use it for the 2nd time
It also provide some radar and power

For the challenge itself
I finally found a way to beat him
To destroy his scourge use artillery defenses

Make sure you destroyed his airpad to make he did not send any airforce

Yeah i know tank destroyer cannot destroy building easily but with help from drone and strategy center it will be easier
