The thing that make me annoyed is his stealthed technology
Splinterus make Airforce general even more Op
With stealth technology you can't track the dozer and skycrane
Not only that he has jammer tech
Also if you forgot to use radar scan you must force to use your general power in order to reveal the jammed terrains
I reccomend to buy it before they send a bunch of cluster nuke(Granger's Plane)
Through your base

The Crucial thing is superweapons
You still need superweapons in order to smash his base
Without that it could be impossible to finish this challenge

Build at least 8 Soyuz Missiles and nuke his base
After that if you prepared
Use flying vehicles to wipe his base however you must be careful
With his stealth technology
Granger rapidly rebuild his base
